Yes it is a bit more expensive but well worth itI checked every piece before starting to put it together and it was perfectShelf instructions could have been betterI had to take it apart to change the shelf (installed it upside down)After that it was all goodI give the unit an AInstructions a BWell done!Well packaged. Minor issues. Easy assembly (two person assembly). Liked the first one enough to come back and buy another one, and we assembled the second much faster than the first! These are used as bookcases for my mom. Large wide books won't fit well, so be mindful of that!If I could change anything it would be to have wheels instead of the feet they come with, and for the back to have pre drilled holes to make it easier to install the back board. Besides that, these worked out well for what we needed them for, and anyone who comes over likes them and asks where we got them from.P.S: if your sliding doors are misaligned try messing with the bottom wheels of the door(s), this just might fix your problem!This bookcase arrived very quickly. My husband had it unboxed and parts set out and moved into my art room in a flash. It took us about an hour for very easy assembly compared to Sauder-type furniture we have assembled in the past. It probably could have been quicker but we got hung up looking for a few washers that weren't included (one packet had 1 washer instead of four and the other had 3). Still no complaints about assembly. All parts, including, sides, top, doors, were in excellent condition. The bottom 12" doesn't have glass and was perfect for my art papers. One of the reviews mentioned that some of their kids' books were too deep for the shelves. I have a couple books that didn't fit but had two that are 12"T and 9.25" wide and fit just fine. Most of my books are 9" wide and they all fit perfectly. We are so happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.I’ve been putting together a lot of cabinets & shelving units lately, all bought from Amazon. This was the most expensive piece I have bought but it was by far the best quality. It doesn’t look or feel like cheap particle board, like some other ones do. The instructions were clear, all hardware was bagged & labeled. It was super easy to put together by myself. Besides one rather large scratch on the inside of the side panel it was flawless. The scratch is not visible unless the cabinet is open so it wasn’t worth complaining about. All in all this cabinet looks great in my house and it’s very sturdy. It’s worth paying a little more for quality! I’m leaving this review to help others because I cannot even tell you how long I debated on which cabinet to buy, reading hundreds of reviews. Hope this helps someone else :)We downsized our collection of books and still had more than our old bookcase would hold. this is the perfect size for a small collection or for the overflow from a larger cabinet. Easy to follow assembly instructions, sturdy, and overall nice addition in our dining room.Assembly instructions were missing, but super simple to get online. Very easy to put together. Packed well with no damage.It’s cute and functional. However, when we got it multiple pieces were cracked or damaged and it looked like the box has been through it. I think this is either the shippers or Amazon but lately all our deliveries look wrecked. I won’t waste my time or money returning it as we live in a more rural area and the defects are at the back of the cabinet.I ordered blue, and I dig the color. Pretty easy to assemble. All the hardware came in individual pouches, which was nice. It took me a little while to figure out that the feet had threads which were covered but that's because I'm a big, dumb ape. I generally try to avoid anything made of particle wood, but this bookcase feels sturdy and isn't too terribly heavy once assembled, so I'm happy with it.This is an awesome display case for my Lego models and diecast metal car models. The only thing that the maker needs to be more careful of is the wheels for the doors, because they had stiped out 1 of the screws that adjusts the wheels. Other than that the bookcase or Display case came in perfect condition. The colour that I had purchased is the red one. It can barely fit the Lego Expert build Batmobile and you get 4 selves, 1 hidden and 3 that you can see through the glass-wooden sliding doors. I own a red and a blue one and I love the red one a bit more since red is my favorite colour.Beau meuble
