I like this brand in general.The glasses are definitely classy.You can tap them with your fingernail and get a nice ring.But: Don’t tap with a spoon.The glasses are sturdy at the base, but slightly thinner at the rim.This gives them a very nice balance when part filled with wine.Because they are tall, you may have to be careful if using a dishwasher (if they fall while it is running they could easily break).I found that it is best to rinse them out after use.If you get a “dry red wine” stain in the bottom of these, it may be a challenge to get it out. You may need some kind of bottle brush for that.The base just fits in a theater chair cup holder (see image).Other glasses in the same collection have the same base.Overall, I like these and use them almost every day.
